Sun Yingxin, born in 1972, graduated from Xidian University with a major in computer software, a professor-level senior engineer, and an MBA from Tsinghua University. He used to be the general manager of China Information Security Research Institute Co., Ltd., the general manager of CLP Industrial Internet Co., Ltd., the secretary-general of the Science and Technology Committee and the director of the Planning and Technology Department of China Electronics Industry Group Co., Ltd., and the director of the Human Resources Department of China Electronics Industry Group Co., Ltd. He is currently the deputy general manager and a member of the party group of China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd.

Zhang Dong, born in 1969, graduated from Nanjing Institute of Posts and Telecommunications, majoring in wireless communication, and master's degree in business administration from Nanjing University. He used to be the Deputy General Manager of China Mobile Hainan Company, the Deputy General Manager of China Mobile Jiangsu Company, the General Manager of the Marketing Department of China Mobile Group, and the Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of China Mobile Beijing Company.
