At the meeting, Xu Weiwei, director of the operation management department of the engineering management center, made a special report on project management improvement from the standard visual practical operation guidelines, project highlights, quality and safety standardization implementation deviations, standard practices and requirements, etc., and the leaders of each center of the group put forward work requirements and suggestions to the project managers and suppliers in combination with the work in charge.

Subsequently, the project managers and suppliers made statements, saying that they would strictly control the requirements of the manual, promote the implementation of standardization, comprehensively improve the standardization and refinement level of project management, and contribute to the high-quality development of Haili.

On how to promote the implementation of project management improvement, he put forward the following five requirements:
