1. Parking and charging should be in a safe and compliant place. 3. Buy electric bicycles and batteries through regular channels. Do not buy "three no" products, do not modify electric bicycles and batteries without authorization, if you need to replace the battery, you should try to buy the original battery of the same brand.
4. Where a fire is caused by illegal parking or charging, administrative detention shall be given in accordance with law. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility will be investigated according to the provisions of the Criminal Law as "the crime of fire" and "the crime of fire protection liability accident".
