In order to further implement the spirit of the Third Session of the 19th Xincheng District Committee and the Fourth Council Meeting of the 2nd District Charity Association, on the morning of April 16, the District Charity Association held a key work promotion meeting in 2024, mainly arranging and deploying the standardized management of the volunteer team in the construction of the "Charity Happy Home" and "Five Ones" and the fundraising of the mutual aid fund platform. Wang Junmin, President of the District Charity Association, Zhu Zengli, Director of the District Civil Affairs Bureau, Yan Litang, Vice President and Secretary-General of the District Charity Association, attended the meeting, and more than 120 people attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Shen Ruijin, executive vice president of the District Charity Association.
At the meeting, Vice President Yan Litang read out the "Notice of Xi'an Xincheng District Charity Association on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for Strengthening the Standardized Construction of Charity Volunteer Teams in Our District". Hansenzhai Street introduced the experience of standardized management of volunteers, and the community of Xiyi Road Street Square made a speech and training on the "six haves" in the construction of volunteers.
Director Zhu Zengli further emphasized and guided the effective connection between charitable assistance and social assistance, one is to improve ideological understanding, the second is to strengthen cooperation with charitable organizations, and the third is to strengthen the publicity and guidance of charity work.
Finally, President Wang Junmin emphasized in his speech that this year, the District Charity Association will continue to actively cooperate with the key work of the District Party Committee and the District Government on people's livelihood, and design and implement 30 charity projects around brand projects such as "Meiju Action". Each neighborhood and community charity workstation should give full play to the advantages of charitable organizations, combine their own actual conditions, make careful arrangements, conduct research in advance, and strive to complete three charitable projects in each street. In the promotion of the project work, there are three key points, one is to design the project, the second is to do a good job in publicity, and the third is to standardize the implementation of the project.
