(Guangzhou Public Resources Trading Center), the surrounding areas of Tianhe Sports Center, South China Agricultural University, and Huangpu Avenue East (Keyun Road-Huicai Road) will usher in the improvement of municipal facilities and quality improvement, including Tiyu West Road, Tiyu East Road, Tianhe North Road, Guanghe Road, Wushan Road and other road sections.

According to the tender announcement, the renovation of the surrounding area of Tianhe Sports Center and South China Agricultural University includes the improvement of the quality of 6 municipal roads, including Tiyu West Road, Tiyu East Road, Tianhe North Road, Guanghe Road, Wushan Road and Yuezhou Road, 1 improvement of the space under the bridge, 2 optimization of the intersection of motor lanes, 2 integrated design of blocks, 3 improvement of pocket parks, 3 improvement of district boundary portals, installation of art landscape installations, and improvement of public infrastructure.
Among them, the surrounding area of Tianhe Sports Center includes the renovation of Guangzhou East Railway Station with a length of about 1.92 kilometers, and the main construction content is the west gate of the Youth Athletic School, the renovation of the entrance wall of the South Gate of the Sports College, the greening and pavement transformation of the Sports College, the reconstruction of 1.17 kilometers of Linhe West Road, the transformation of 175 meters of Linle Road, and the renovation of the building façade of Zhongshui Building of 26,109.6 square meters.
