At the meeting, Chen Yang, head of the discipline inspection and supervision team of the Cao County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision stationed in the County Education and Sports Bureau, reported on typical cases of violations of law and discipline in the education system in recent years. The meeting issued the "Interim Measures for the Accountability of Cao County Education System Staff", and Zhang Ran interpreted the document.
