In recent years, Tianqu New Area has made every effort to promote the construction industry to "go green", by optimizing the environment, based on innovation, accelerating transformation, and making breakthroughs in cultivating and strengthening the country, expanding the market, and green development. Last year, Tianqu New Area added 4.534 million square meters of completed construction area, of which 2.686 million square meters were completed for civil housing, of which 100% were green residences, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction of 100%.

Recently, Hygeia Hospital, a key livelihood project in Tianqu New District, was completed and passed the acceptance. The total construction area of the project is 51,000 square meters, including outpatient buildings, comprehensive buildings, inpatient buildings and other single buildings. During construction, green construction technology is applied throughout the project cycle. Ren Xiangfeng, the technical leader of the project, said.

The completion of green buildings such as Hygeia Hospital, Donghai International and Talent Apartment fully embodies the concept of green, low-carbon and intensive development of Tianqu New Area.

In recent years, relying on advantageous enterprises such as Lianxing Green Building, Shandong Dejian, Hujiang and Haitian Electromechanical, Tianqu New Area has continued to strengthen the standardization of product design, the factory production of components, the on-site construction and assembly, and the informatization of project management, shifting from "economic benefit priority" to "green development priority", and from "factor-driven" to "innovation-driven".

"We have a complete set of 'plate and frame integration' prefabricated steel structure building intelligent construction technology, the main products are exterior wall panels, interior wall panels, floor panels, stair slabs 4 components. Hou Wenlong introduced, taking the factory side of the construction of the green building prefabricated steel structure residential No. 1 experimental building as an example, the total construction area of the building is 5742 square meters, during the construction period, construction waste and dust pollution is close to zero emissions, labor is only about 10% of the traditional labor, saving 65% of energy such as water and electricity, and the construction period is also shortened by more than 57% compared with the traditional construction mode.

Aiming at chain integration, we will build a prefabricated building industry base

The proposal of the "double carbon" strategy has made green, low-carbon and energy-saving the vane of building development, and prefabricated buildings have become a new engine for the development of the construction industry. "Compared with traditional buildings, prefabricated buildings have four outstanding advantages: more, faster, better and more economical. Ma Jindong said that "more" refers to the prefabricated system application scenarios; "fast" refers to the high degree of prefabrication of the factory, the overall construction period is short, "good" refers to the unified standard and controllable quality of the components and accessories made by the factory, and the "province" can reduce labor costs, improve material utilization, and reduce construction dust pollution.

Represented by Shandong High-speed Dejian Group, in 2020, the company will lay out and build a prefabricated branch, becoming the only national prefabricated building industrial base in Dezhou covering the R&D, design, production and construction of concrete structure prefabricated buildings.

In three years, the base has undertaken nearly 200 prefabricated building projects, with a construction area of more than 5 million square meters, a total production of nearly 100,000 cubic meters of prefabricated components, and launched a series of fist products that can stand the test of the market, such as laminated panels, prefabricated stairs, shear walls, etc., realizing the butterfly change from "crossing the river by feeling the stones" to "jumping out of a new road".

Tianqu New Area takes the base as the "chain master" enterprise, implements the development model of "chain master + industrial cluster", and drives the upstream and downstream enterprises of the entire industrial chain to closely cooperate, integrate and symbiosis and deeply integrate with the help of the action of extending the chain and supplementing the chain, and basically achieve full coverage of the whole industrial chain of prefabricated buildings. At present, the district has 6 prefabricated enterprises and 3 green building materials pilot projects, and the number of enterprises and products ranks among the top in the city.

"We will explore the establishment of a 'park in the district' in accordance with the requirements of enterprise layout and industrial development clustering, and build an intelligent prefabricated construction industrial park in Tianqu New District. Ma Jindong said that the park relies on the prefabricated branch of Dejian Group, Sandong Construction Engineering, Hujiang Intelligent Equipment and other enterprises, and all the related industries around the enterprise and the later intelligent construction are classified into the industrial park, forming a development model of land use intensification, intelligent industry clustering, and large-scale construction industry.

A multi-pronged approach to embrace a low-carbon and environmentally friendly new life

At present, Tianqu New Area's policy on the green transformation of the construction industry is being continuously upgraded, that is, the implementation of "hard means" guarantee and "soft measures" guidance. "Hard means" refers to insisting on the first trial of government projects, and promoting 100% of prefabricated buildings in government investment fields such as affordable housing, primary and secondary schools, and hospitals. At the same time, the prefabricated residential projects identified by the competent authorities can be given support measures in terms of applying for the "Commercial Housing Pre-sale License" and increasing the proportion of pre-sale funds retained for emergency response measures, so as to guide the new construction industry to develop in depth and green.

Taking advantage of the policy, a number of buildings with the goal of ultra-low energy consumption have been built one after another. "We focus on high-end quality residences, and the materials used are green building materials, such as light steel keels, aluminum gussets, rock slabs, and ceramic tiles. The group has a prefabricated PC component factory, such as the project garage all adopt the prefabricated construction method. "On this basis, we implement municipal-level guidance, district-level supervision, town-street implementation, and enterprise assistance to realize the full life cycle service of project construction. Wang Fujun said that according to the regulations, "one official and two members" will serve the project once a week, solve the difficulties in a timely manner through on-site service, and increase the publicity and promotion of prefabricated buildings to promote the healthy development of the green building industry.

In addition, Tianqu New Area has strengthened supervision and management, and does not issue construction drawing review certificates for projects that do not meet the building energy conservation regulations and green building standards, and does not carry out completion acceptance and filing for projects that do not implement the above standards, and strengthens the supervision of all responsible entities to ensure the healthy development of the industry.
