After Cai Moumou did so, he realized that he had been deceived.
The above is the specific situation of Cai Moumou being deceived, in fact, the other party cannot apply for a loan at all, and the money transferred to Cai Moumou's bank account is also the funds of other victims of telecommunication fraud by criminals, and the other party uses Cai Moumou to deceive Cai Moumou to handle loans, and uses Cai Moumou to complete the illegal crime of helping criminals to launder money, and Cai Moumou has unknowingly become an accomplice of criminals at this time. According to the relevant provisions of the "Anti-Telecommunications Network Fraud Law of the People's Republic of China", Cai Moumou's behavior is suspected of illegally renting, lending, and selling bank accounts, and will be punished with administrative fines and detention, and even criminal responsibility.
The methods of online loan fraud are as follows: scammers attract people in need of loans by making phone calls and sending messages, and then sell them so-called low-interest large-amount loans and large-value credit cards. Later, the victim was asked to remit money and transfer money, provide bank card numbers and SMS verification codes on the grounds of paying service fees, security deposits, bank statements, etc., to commit fraud. The police reminded the general public: Do not disclose to strangers bank card numbers, passwords, mobile phone SMS verification codes and other important information involving personal property.
