At the meeting, Zhang Rui, director of the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, mentioned in his speech that Hanwei Technology and Shijia Photonics respectively undertook the national key R&D projects in the field of sensors and laser chips; Longmen Laboratory, China Silicon Hi-Tech, Musk Electronics and other enterprises have jointly conquered the key core technologies of electronic-grade polysilicon purification, reaching the international advanced level; Hanwei Technology has realized the high-density three-dimensional packaging of key components, and developed new products such as MEMS infrared gas sensors and piezoelectric acceleration sensors; Hitachison has developed MEMS hydrogen, formaldehyde and hydrogen sulfide sensors based on silicon-based gas-sensitive thin film chips to achieve application verification in key areas such as nuclear power and new energy vehicles. The construction of characteristic industrial bases has been accelerated, and the Hebi Loongson Zhongke Industrial Base has been built into a provincial information and innovation industrial park, with a total investment of 4.7 billion yuan, attracting and driving more than 20 enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the Loongson ecological chain.
