Relying on this "tossing energy", Wang Fuming's team created the inversion theory of subgrade pavement material characteristics, developed the road nondestructive testing and evaluation technology based on ground penetrating radar and dynamic deflectometer, and was listed as a national key scientific and technological achievement promotion project to be promoted throughout the country.
Since then, Wang Fuming has successively built simulation experimental sites in Zhengzhou University and other colleges and universities to carry out theoretical derivation of simulation experiments.

"The construction of the test site provides strong support for the development of original experiments, intermediate experiments, technology integration demonstrations and material equipment testing. Wang Fuming said that the comprehensive full-scale test site is more similar to a comprehensive platform and sharing economy platform, scientific researchers, research institutions or teachers and students in the school, can carry out experiments through the platform, and new products, new materials, new equipment testing, inspection and certification, and then open up the chain of scientific and technological innovation conversion, through continuous experiments, scientific researchers can transform scientific and technological achievements into real productivity.
"At present, there are a number of national scientific research institutions and provincial scientific and technological innovation platforms, where pilot platforms are carried out, but it is not easy to build a standard test site.
