It is understood that the property was auctioned at the end of March at a starting price of more than 206 million yuan, but the auction was ultimately lost. This incident has attracted attention not only because the company's owner, Zhou Yong, is a real estate developer who has been exposed to huge debts, but also because his son Zhou Zhennan is an artist with a certain popularity.

According to the auction announcement, the enforcement court is the Jianyang Court of Sichuan Province. The auctioned real estate project is Dadi Fortune Plaza, with commercial buildings on the 1st-4th floors and office buildings on the 5th-18th floors, about 4 kilometers away from Jianyang Chengdong Railway Station and about 10.3 kilometers away from Jianyang South Railway Station.

The risk information shows that the company has a number of information on judgment debtors, dishonest judgment debtors (old lai) and consumption restriction orders, with a cumulative amount of more than 49.62 million yuan. In addition, there are multiple consumption restriction orders and information on judgment defaulters (lai) under Zhou Yong's name.

Zhou Yong is a real estate developer in Sichuan, owning Jianyang Dadi Ecological Development Co., Ltd., the company was established in 2002, with a registered capital of 93 million yuan, 100% owned by Zhou Yong, which is a wholly owned enterprise by natural persons, and the company's business scope includes ecological tourism, planting, breeding, real estate development and management. Zhou Yong was exposed to owe 140 million yuan, and his financial crisis once affected his son Zhou Zhennan. Zhou Zhennan debuted in 2017 through the idol development program "Tomorrow's Son", and Mao Buyi, Ma Boqian, Meng Zikun, etc.

Previously, some owners shouted Zhou Zhennan on the Internet, saying that his father was an old lai. Originally, the real estate developed by Jianyang Land under Zhou Yong's name was unfinished, resulting in the owners who had bought houses for seven or eight years failing to apply for real estate certificates, so they were exposed by the owners. At that time, Zhou Yong also responded positively, saying that it was a commercial dispute that arose after the delay in the return of funds. And the majority of owners thought that his son Zhou Zhennan had always been generous, so they were angry with Zhou Zhennan.
