The construction of corn flour processing and R&D center project is an important project to promote the development of rural revitalization in the county, with a total investment of 103 million yuan in the first phase of the project, and an annual output value of 120 million yuan can be achieved after being put into operation, and 100 labor force will be employed.
This is the re-integration, re-optimization and re-innovation of the "one book and three certificates" electronic license service model of the County Natural Resources Bureau, and it is also a new measure for the bureau to continue to promote the reform of "delegating power, delegating power, and improving services", optimizing the business environment and building a government service brand. This new measure simplifies the process, optimizes the procedure, and provides standardized, convenient and efficient government services for market players, which can enable enterprises to obtain real estate property certificates in a shorter time, save time and capital costs, help enterprises to land, start, build and put into production as soon as possible, and comprehensively improve their satisfaction with the business environment.
