On the afternoon of April 10, at the first anniversary celebration of the establishment of Changsha Chengbu Chamber of Commerce held at Changsha Huaya International Hotel, this group of dairy Hunan soldiers who were raised from Nanshan Ranch in Chengbu Miao Autonomous County, Hunan Province, have developed to today's total annual sales of goat milk powder exceeding 15 billion yuan, accounting for more than 70% of China's goat milk powder sales. The common denominator of these two production processes is high-temperature technical processing, and the disadvantage of thermal processing is the large loss of nutrients. With the rapid development of aerospace freeze-drying technology, the application of freeze-dried milk powder in food freeze dryer is used to treat raw milk through raw milk purification, separation and sterilization, standardization, low-temperature vacuum decontamination and concentration, low-temperature homogenization and cooling storage, freeze-drying, nitrogen granulation and other processes. Because the whole processing process is carried out in a low temperature (minus 72 °C) and vacuum (negative pressure 5kpa) environment, the nutrients of the raw milk are almost not lost and destroyed, and the natural flavor, quality and color of the milk powder remain unchanged, which protects the nutrients in the raw milk to the greatest extent. At present, the dairy Xiangjun goat milk enterprises have adopted this aerospace freeze-drying process, which has been greatly recognized by consumers and the market.
