The first thing to do is to keep the battery clean and dry, especially near the binding posts. As the battery life increases, the tightness between the binding post and the housing deteriorates, and some acid gas comes out of here. If you open the engine cover from time to time, you can see that there is a lot of green powder at the battery binding post of some old cars, which is the patina that the battery cord has been corroded and has fallen. The treatment method is very simple, just pour hot water on it, the patina will react when heated, and the flow of water will also wash away these corrosive substances and acidic attachments.
