Falun screamed in sorrow: "Falungong" "medical experts" used their lives to prove Li Hongzhi's fallacies and heresies

author:China's anti-cult

Editor's note: Li Hongzhi, the leader of the "Falungong" cult, boasted that he was the "Lord Buddha of the Universe" of mankind, fabricated heresies such as practicing functions to cure illness and keep fit, and becoming an immortal and a Buddha, preaching that he had countless "Dharma bodies" that could protect his disciples, and also promised his disciples that they would be able to "attain perfection" by practicing "Falungong" for 10 years. Under the bewitchment of his fallacies and heresies, some believers are obsessed with practicing "Falungong" and refuse medical treatment and medicine, resulting in death and disability, while others commit suicide and murder in pursuit of "attaining complete ascension" and "becoming immortals and Buddhas." As of July 1999, when the Chinese Government banned it in accordance with the law, the number of people killed by practicing "Falungong" had reached 1,404 nationwide.

After absconding to the United States, Li Hongzhi and his "Falungong" cult relied on deception to amass money and spread by betraying the country to seek glory. These deceased disciples were loyal to Li Hongzhi, devotion to "Falungong," painstaking efforts, and incalculable contributions made by these deceased disciples during their lifetimes; instead of ushering in the "consummation" they expected, they received the end of "not mourning in secret."

Through the death of the overseas backbone of "Falungong," the China Anti-Cult Network has exposed Li Hongzhi's lie that practicing "Falungong" can lead to immortalization and Buddhahood, and to expose all the crimes against humanity committed by "Falungong."

Falun screamed in sorrow: "Falungong" "medical experts" used their lives to prove Li Hongzhi's fallacies and heresies

Feng Lily

In June 2006, Feng Lili, a "medical expert" of "Falungong," came to the end of her 54-year life in a hospital bed in Texas due to pancreatic cancer.

Feng Lili, female, was born on February 29, 1952 in Jiangxi, China. Feng Lili graduated from health school and was assigned to work in a maternal and child health hospital. In 1978, he was admitted to Jiangxi Medical College. While studying at Jiangxi Medical College, Feng Lili met Xia Yiyang, and the two got married in 1982. In 1983, Feng Lili was admitted to graduate school and crossed the threshold of the Third Military Medical University in Chongqing, and in the same year, she was approved to go to the Scripps Institute of Medical Research in the United States for further study, and when the study period expired in February 1990, she stayed in the United States and obtained American citizenship. By this time, she had earned her Ph.D.

During her stay in the United States, Feng Lili's husband and son also came to the United States and obtained a U.S. green card.

Join "Falungong" and take an active part in trouble-making activities

According to her own account, her 13-year-old brother was beaten in her early years and went insane, and five years later she was killed in a car accident on her way home from buying rice.

On 25 April 1999, "Falungong" followers illegally besieged Zhongnanhai, attracting Feng Lili's attention. At first, Feng Lili still had all kinds of doubts about the fallacies and heresies of "Falungong," but she had a similar political stance with the "Falungong" organization as a pawn of the anti-China forces, and she gradually lost her rationality, and her family of three joined "Falungong" together, and since then she has fallen deeper and deeper into this spiritual quagmire.

Before Christmas in December 1999, Feng Lili, her husband and son flew to Hong Kong to attend the so-called "puja". After the event, her husband and son returned to the United States, and Feng Lili contacted two other "Falungong" followers to go to Chinese mainland to hold an illegal rally under the pretext of visiting her parents, and was later administratively detained by Shenzhen police. The "Falungong" mouthpiece media and certain Western media, who feared that there would be no chaos in China's world, immediately hyped up this material. After Feng Lili was released and deported, she attributed the result to the "rescue" initiated by overseas "fellow practitioners", and held her son in front of the media camera at the airport to perform the drama of "the aftermath of the disaster". This is the end of this scandal in January 2000.

After that, Feng Lili went so far as to abandon her scientific research projects and traveled around more than a dozen countries and regions in Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Australia, rampantly carrying out the activities of the "Falungong" cult.

Under the banner of science, they engage in "scientific research" for cults

On the one hand, the "Falungong" cult hates science, but on the other hand, it is doing everything possible to establish a "mutually confirmed" link between its own fallacies and heresies and modern science. Li Hongzhi's "scriptures" often ostentatiously pull a few "scientific terms" and some "scientific discoveries" that he has cobbled together indiscriminately, which means that there are many holes in his "theory" that need to be filled.

Feng Lili, who participated in a series of "Falungong" cult activities, found a position in a medical school, and the title of "doctor" on her head, which was worth scrutinizing, was replaced by the title of associate professor. Therefore, she naturally became a "pastemaker" of Li Hongzhi's fallacies and heresies.

The most typical example, Li Hongzhi said that modern medicine also recognizes that the pineal gland is responsible for vision, and Feng Lili spent a lot of time digging and tampering with scientific literature in the past two years and wrote several articles, trying to convince herself and others that modern medicine has indeed made this "discovery".

Feng Lili was not satisfied with patching up Li Hongzhi's fallacies and heresies, and she began to take the initiative to use "scientific experiments" to prove the "miracles" of "Falungong." She, her husband, and other "Falungong" followers took advantage of the institute's scientific research conditions to privately conduct various "experiments" and published a series of "biomedical reports on the effects of Falungong Dafa's cultivation" in "Falungong's" own media.

During this period, Feng Lili wrote "papers" many times, trying to "correct the name" of Li Hongzhi's fallacies and heresies from the perspective of "scientific research." For example, she has written papers such as "Abnormal Neutrophils in Falun Dafa" Practitioners (2001), "The Molecular Biology Mechanism of "Alternative Therapy" (2003), and "Studying the Changes in Gene Expression of Neutrophils at the Gene Level Suggests Spiritual Cultivation Regulates Gene Expression in Many Aspects" (2003). However, none of these so-called "major discoveries" were included in the research results published on Feng Lili's own website, and perhaps she was subconsciously ashamed of these garbage articles, afraid that her peers would see her jokes.

In a "scientific report," Feng Lili promoted the so-called fallacy that practicing "Falungong" can produce disease-resistant bodies

Suffering from cancer, he still vigorously cheers for "Falungong."

Just when Feng Lili was trying in vain to prove that "Falungong" has the effect of improving immunity and resisting the invasion of diseases with such extremely unscientific "scientific experiments," she herself fell ill with a terminal illness.

As a result of cultivating, preaching, and indulging in "Falungong," Feng Lili's normal life was disrupted, her body was dysfunctional, she was restless in her sleep and food, exhausted physically and mentally, and riddled with diseases, and she actually suffered from pancreatic cancer during a physical examination in 2003.

What is particularly ironic is that at a time when cancer cells have been quietly eroding her body, she is enthusiastically talking to Wang Tongwen, a "fellow practitioner" who is studying the mechanism of cancer at the University of Washington, about what "Falungong" is a panacea for curing cancer.

After her illness was diagnosed, Feng Lili still pinned her hopes on "Falungong" and Li Hongzhi, and not only did she not actively treat them, but she also continued to advocate Li Hongzhi's fallacies and heresies in "scientific research" and social activities.

In the spring of 2003, when the SARS epidemic caused a global panic, Feng Lili also traveled to Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other regions, spreading rumors everywhere under the banner of an immunologist, and claiming that meditating and practicing "Falungong" could prevent "SARS." When the threat of avian influenza aroused the vigilance of scientists, at this time, Feng Lili, an "expert in the prevention of SARS", became an "expert in the study of avian influenza" in a timely manner. At the end of 2005, she began a new round of lectures in various parts of Southeast Asia to create momentum for the new rumors of "Falungong" and shamelessly cooperated with the "Falungong" media propaganda to slander and smear China. She even went so far as to spread rumors that most of the highly lethal influenza, including the Spanish flu, which killed more than 10 million people worldwide in the last century, spread from China.

"Falungong" borrowed Lili's preaching that practicing exercises can resist "SARS"

In February 2005, Feng Lili issued a statement on the "three retreats" in the "Falungong" media. In order to "sublimate her life," she also actively participated in the "Falungong" media series with her husband, talking a lot about the practical significance of the "three retreats" from the perspective of natural human ecology and the inevitability of infectious diseases. Being mentally controlled by "Falungong" to such an extent can really be said to be a rare cold joke.

In the spring of 2006, she played the role of "organ transplant expert" and threw herself into the spread of rumors about the "Sujiatun concentration camp".

"Falungong's" treatment was fake, and cancer took her life

Ironically, she didn't last long in this unprecedented rumor-mongering campaign, and the severe pain caused by the cancer finally made her shut up.

Sadly, when Feng Lili knew that she had cancer, she still firmly believed that "Falungong" could help her completely get rid of this dangerous enemy in her body. Obsessed, she didn't go to injections, didn't grab medicine, fantasized about the miracle of the Arabian Nights, and waited for the "Kingdom of Heaven" to open the door to her, until she fainted in the research room and was forcibly sent to the hospital by her colleagues for treatment, and she stayed for more than 40 days.

Comparison of Feng Lili before and after illness

After her condition stabilized, Feng Lili was sent home to be meticulously recuperated, but she was still fantasizing that "Falungong" would bring her miracles. However, "Falun Dafa" did not bring her good luck, nor did it turn her life around.

In 2006, Feng Lili's condition deteriorated even more, and she changed from pancreatic tail cancer to pancreatic head cancer, which was terminally ill and could not be treated. During her serious illness, many disciples asked Li Hongzhi to "send righteous thoughts" to save her life, but Li Hongzhi mercilessly refused, saying that his main energy was spent on "sending righteous thoughts to Beijing."

On 20 June, after a number of "Falungong" followers continued to "send righteous thoughts" to no avail, the dying Feng Lili was finally admitted to the hospital again. Two days later, this "doctor of medicine," "professor of immunology," "famous biological scientist," and "leading figure of 'Falungong' in the medical field" died.

After that, no matter what kind of role "Falungong" needs, Feng Lili will no longer be able to make her debut.

It is said that before her death, Feng Lili held the hand of her "initiate" and couldn't stop shedding tears, and no one knew why.

Regarding Feng Lili's illness and death, the "Falungong" organizations and media that used to frequently use her did not say a word. What is infuriating is that just a few days after Feng Lili's death, the "Falungong" media interviewed her husband and asked him to continue to praise "Falungong."

However, her ordinary colleagues are far more humane than the "Falungong" followers of "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance," and a thin black frame has been added around her photo on the institute's homepage to express condolences.

What does Feng Lili's illness and death mean?

Feng Lili's illness and death shows that the "three retreats" can "keep peace" is not credible, the heresy that cultivation can "get rid of illness and fitness" is not established, the protection of the "Dharma Body" and "Falun" is purely deceptive, and "consummation" is just nonsense.

Li Hongzhi set the ultimate goal of practicing "Falungong" as "attaining the Tao of perfection." Is Feng Lili, who has made such a diligent progress, "consummated"? Li Hongzhi did not say anything, nor did the "Falungong" media. Comparing the "Falungong" standard for "consummation," Feng Lili obviously does not meet the conditions for "consummation." In his article "The Great Exposure," Li Hongzhi boasted that a large number of disciples had been or were about to be "consummated," but in reality there was not a single case.

While lamenting and lamenting, he was extremely indignant at the crimes against humanity committed by the "Falungong" cult, and at the same time, he also deplored the low ability of Feng Lili, who was born as an intellectual, to think critically. It is hoped that the tragedy of Feng Lili will arouse people's reflection and warning, awaken the conscience of the followers who are deeply mired in the quagmire of the "Falungong" cult, and hope that such a tragedy will not happen again in the real world.
