Recruitment conditions

1. Basic conditions

  1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China.

  2. Have a firm political stance, enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", achieve the "two safeguards", and love the Communist Party of China, the motherland, and the people. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system. Have good political quality and moral character, and love education.

  3. Have the professional or technical conditions required for the recruitment position.

  4. Have the physical condition and psychological quality to adapt to the requirements of the post.

  5. Spouses, children and their spouses, and other close relatives who are not in-service faculty members of the University.

  6. Returnees, postdoctoral personnel and fresh graduates must meet the relevant conditions for applying for employment in Beijing in the current year stipulated by the state.

Two specific conditions

1. Counselor position

  Candidates should have undergraduate and graduate education experience recognized by the Ministry of Education, and obtain a bachelor's, master's degree or above.

  Fresh graduates should meet the relevant requirements such as the age of acceptance and settlement of fresh graduates, and the age of non-fresh graduates shall not exceed 35 years old (born after January 1, 1989) in principle.

  Must master the necessary professional knowledge and skills for university management, have good cultural literacy and knowledge structure, have strong organization and coordination, teamwork, and language and writing skills, must be a member of the Communist Party of China or a probationary member of the Communist Party of China, and have student cadre experience.

  According to the requirements for counselors to settle in the apartment, it is planned to recruit 50% male and 50% female counselors.

2. Teaching and auxiliary professional and technical positions (including engineering experiment positions, library and materials positions, medical and health positions, accounting and auditing positions)

  Candidates should have undergraduate and graduate education experience recognized by the Ministry of Education, and obtain a bachelor's, master's degree or above. With senior professional titles or special professional and technical personnel, their academic qualifications can be relaxed to a bachelor's degree (bachelor's degree).   Fresh graduates should meet the relevant requirements such as the age of acceptance and settlement of fresh graduates. In principle, the age of non-fresh graduates shall not exceed 35 years old (born after January 1, 1989) for engineering experiment positions, library positions, and accounting and auditing positions, and the age of attending physician for medical and health posts shall not exceed 35 years old (born after January 1, 1989), and the age of deputy chief physician (senior) or above shall not exceed 40 years old (born after January 1, 1984).

  Applicants must have the professional knowledge and skills required by the position, as well as the corresponding professional title certificate and practice qualification certificate.

3. Other requirements and instructions

  1. Scope of acceptance of fresh graduates

  The 2024 fresh graduates include students from Beijing and students from outside Beijing, and students from Beijing refer to graduates who already have permanent residence in Beijing (excluding the collective household registration of Beijing universities), and students from outside Beijing should comply with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and Beijing Municipality for relevant settlement matters. Applicants should be under the age of 35, including no more than 30 years old (born after January 1, 1994) for master's students from outside Beijing, and no more than 35 years old (born after January 1, 1989) for doctoral students.

  The training method of fresh graduates is non-directional (excluding all kinds of commission trainees and directional students), and there is no labor (hiring, hiring) relationship with any unit during the period of study, and the fresh graduates who have not paid employee social insurance, graduated on time and obtained the corresponding academic degree (the time to obtain the corresponding academic degree must be before December 31, 2024).

  2. Returnees should have obtained the Ministry of Education's academic degree certification and returned to their home country between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2024, and have not been dispatched, have studied abroad for more than 1 year (more than 360 days), and have terminated the labor relationship with their original work unit before going abroad, and meet the relevant requirements for non-Beijing returnees to apply for employment and settlement in Beijing.

  3. In principle, incumbents should have permanent residence in Beijing.

  4. According to the work arrangement of the school, all job recruiters need to work in Haidian Campus and Fengtai Campus.

  After the counselor joins the company, the position type and work department are determined according to the needs of the school's work.

examination

1. Counselor post examination

  The examination is divided into written test, interview and job suitability inspection, and those who score 60 points (inclusive) or more in the written test are eligible to enter the interview, and according to the ranking of the written test results, the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1:3 between the position and the candidate. The comprehensive score is determined according to the written test score accounting for 40% and the interview score accounting for 60%. According to the ranking of the comprehensive results of the examination, the physical examination and inspection, and the personnel for the post inspection shall be determined according to the ratio of not less than 1:1.2 between the post and the candidate. According to the comprehensive results of the examination and the inspection of suitable positions, the preliminary candidates will be determined.

2. Examination for engineering experiment positions, library positions, and accounting and auditing positions

  The exam is divided into a written test and an interview. Those with a score of 60 or more in the written test are eligible to enter the interview, and the interview candidates will be determined according to the ranking of the written test results and the ratio of 1:3 between the position and the candidate. The comprehensive score is determined according to the written test score accounting for 40% and the interview score accounting for 60%. According to the comprehensive results of the examination, the preliminary candidates will be selected.

  Examinations for counselors, engineering experiments, library materials, and accounting and auditing positions shall be carried out in accordance with the unified requirements of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission. Medical and health posts are organized by the employer alone.
