After the autonomous region and the Ordos Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government made arrangements for the "Warm Project", Dongsheng moved quickly and responded quickly to conduct a thorough investigation of the natural gas household situation in the whole region. It is understood that at present, Dongsheng has a total of 91 unconnected natural gas communities, involving 340 buildings and 16,265 households, and about 123 million yuan of relevant funds are needed to achieve full coverage of natural gas, including natural gas installation fees and pipeline laying costs in residential communities.

On the other hand, in the early spring, the construction of natural gas pipeline network in some communities has also resumed construction.

While the construction project is in full swing, a number of new projects for the full coverage of natural gas are also on the way. "Accelerating the full coverage of natural gas is the top priority of our department's work, especially for the approval and landing of new projects, this year's plan to implement 35 communities, the need to go through the approval procedures of the Xianghe community, the second district of the West Building and other 13 communities have completed the planning procedures, is expected to start construction in May. Wang Yong, director of the Construction Market Management Office of the Dongsheng District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, introduced.
As an important part of the "Warm Project" and "People's Heart Project", Dongsheng promotes the full coverage of natural gas, starting from the residents' demands and reality, for the six communities involved in the renovation of old communities, the relevant departments plan to refer to the subsidy standards for the renovation of old communities, and raise funds by residents raising 20% and 80% of the financial burden.
For the 29 communities involved in real estate problems, Dongsheng District has also formulated effective methods. On the one hand, according to the requirements of the latest national laws and regulations, we will further urge real estate enterprises to fulfill their main responsibilities, and if real estate enterprises are indeed unable to pay the relevant expenses, they will first improve the relevant supporting facilities through asset mortgage and other means to ensure the normal life of residents; on the other hand, if the enterprise is lost or the real estate enterprise is indeed unable to afford and cannot provide a mortgage asset plan, with reference to the subsidy standard for the centralized rectification of the remaining problems in the residential community being carried out in our district, 20% will be raised by the residents themselves, and 80% will be borne by the financial department to ensure that every household in Dongsheng can enjoy the convenience and safety of natural gas at the lowest cost.
