Compared with the traditional manual seedling raising, the efficiency of mechanized seedling raising has been greatly improved, 1 machine, 1 production line, 1 day can raise 10,000 trays of seedlings, which can be used for 500 acres of rice planting. This not only saves sowing time and labor costs, but also improves the survival rate, emergence rate and uniformity more effectively. The reason why seedlings can be raised efficiently is due to the introduction of complete sets of equipment for rice seedling raising professional assembly line. The equipment has the functions of automatic subsoil precision sowing and secondary soil covering, with a high degree of automation, fast production efficiency and uniform sowing, and can meet the needs of more than 15,000 acres of field seedlings on average every quarter.
It is understood that this year, the Tiansui agricultural rice planting area in Chuanshan District is about 1,500 mu, and 4,000 mu of rice seedlings are provided for rice growers in the whole district.
