Recently, the 58th lecture of the "Jingshi Legal Practice Lecture Hall" "Securities Crime Trend Analysis and Judicial Practice" was successfully held at Beijing Normal University. The lecture was delivered by Liu Jing, director of the Seventh Procuratorate Department of the Third Branch of the Municipal People's Procuratorate and third-level senior prosecutor, and presided over by Shang Haowen, associate professor and doctoral supervisor of the Law School of Beijing Normal University, and attended by more than 130 teachers and students.

Prosecutor Liu Jing introduced the development of the mainland securities and futures market to the students in terms of the structure of the securities market, the formation of the capital market, the information disclosure system and the reform of the registration system, and comprehensively introduced the overall situation and criminal regulation of the current securities and futures crimes in the mainland by taking the common types of securities crimes in judicial practice, the mechanism for connecting executions and executions, the performance of the functions of the procuratorial organs, and the analysis of the trend of crime development. Focusing on the crimes of insider trading, leaking inside information, using undisclosed information for trading, and fraudulent issuance of securities, the judicial practice issues such as the constitutive elements of the crime and the standards for handling cases were elaborated, and finally the on-site questions of the students were answered in detail.
Associate Professor Shang Haowen believes that the research on securities crime is specialized and interdisciplinary, and hopes that students can make full use of their own advantages in complex backgrounds to contribute to academic research and practical work in the field of securities crime in the future.
This activity of sending the law to campus is an important measure for our institute to build a platform for the joint construction of procuratorial organs based on the construction of the securities and futures crime handling base of the national procuratorial organs. The securities base will continue to strengthen the good communication and exchange mechanism between the procuratorate and the school, gather intellectual support for case handling, actively promote the theoretical and practical research of securities and futures crime prosecution, further improve the professional level of case handling, and make every effort to promote the construction of a "professional case handling characteristic court", so as to better serve and ensure the healthy development of the capital securities market.
