It is necessary to improve the degree of activity, organize various activities on a regular basis, improve the degree of wisdom, improve the level of digital and intelligent governance of the block, and enhance the degree of attention, carefully select in the process of business attraction, and build Tianmuli into a new commercial center suitable for trendy young people.
In view of the design plan of the Zhuantang Art and Life Block, Dong Yumin emphasized that Zhuantang, as the core of the Zhijiang Cultural Industry Belt, should take advantage of the situation and take the Zhuantang Art and Life Block as the entry point to deepen the connection with the China Academy of Art and the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music, so that art has no boundaries and the city has more quality.
