Give full play to the functional advantages of trade unions, actively build a docking platform for recruitment and talent introduction, focus on the needs of enterprises, the expectations of employees, and the capabilities of trade unions, focus on key groups such as employees in difficulty, workers in new forms of employment, and migrant workers, increase the promotion of employment services, innovate work carrier measures, and strive to build an employment service brand of "trade union sending jobs" and "work" through the combination of "on-site recruitment + online recruitment + live broadcast with posts". In the first quarter, 12 online and offline job fairs were held, such as "Trade Unions Send Jobs to Jobs and Clear Streams" and "Spring Breeze Action", with a total of 136 companies participating, providing 4,395 jobs, reaching employment intentions of 569 people, and providing employment services for 20,000 people.
