Thousands of monkeys in Thailand fight in groups: behind all the "splashing monkeys", it is made by people

I've heard of people fighting in groups, but this is the first time I've heard of monkeys fighting in groups.

When monkeys can be unscrupulous and domineering in the city, humans will have to be prepared for danger in times of peace.

This is not happening in the animal world, but in Lopburi Province, a small city in central Thailand.

Lopburi Province, Thailand's famous "Monkey City", is full of wild monkeys, and they are beings that can ride on people's heads.

As a result of their long-term coexistence with humans, monkeys have become very "human" and learn from each other.

It is said that large groups of monkeys often roam the streets here, and they can intrude into human restaurants to eat, cross the street without looking at traffic lights or cars, and learn to take trains.

Of course, these are all free of charge.

It seems that the "kings" of the city are not humans, but monkeys.

Regarding the domineering behavior of the monkeys, local residents said: Don't dare to provoke!

According to media reports, the monkeys have matured rapidly due to being fed high-nutrient carbohydrates by foreign tourists all year round, and can already give birth twice a year.

As a result, the number of monkeys in the area has increased so rapidly that it has become infested, and there are frequent conflicts between monkeys and humans.

What's even more incredible is that there are so many monkeys in Lopburi that there are factions, such as "temple monkeys" and "city monkeys" depending on where they live.

Since March this year, there have been a number of group fights between the two factions over turf, with about 3,500 monkeys fighting at their peak.

To this end, the local police also specially organized "special forces" to catch the troublesome monkeys.

In order to avoid being recognized by the monkeys and retaliating, the police also had to wear hoods. When I saw this picture, I thought it was miserable and hilarious.

In the end, the local police arrested 37 male monkeys who took the lead in causing trouble and were the most aggressive.

One of the gang leaders of the "City Monkeys", a male monkey named Ai Krao, has also been arrested, and the monkey brawl has gradually subsided.

In order to prevent this chaos in the future, and to show the right of human voice, the local government said that it plans to establish a macaque control center in Lop Fuli province, and the monkey group will be sterilized in the future.

The monkeys are probably already shivering.

Seeing the increasing rampant monkey population in Thailand, I can't help but think of the monkeys in Mount Emei.

I believe many netizens have an impression.

Snatching things, beating people, and hurting people in hundreds of cases a year have become "notorious" for their various bad deeds.

Emeishan monkeys originally lived in the deep mountains and old forests, and with the establishment of an ecological wild monkey area in Emeishan, more and more monkeys gathered here, allowing people to watch the monkeys up close.

The results were out of control.

Mount Emei monkey is a primate, under the feeding of tourists, after tasting human food, the original leaves and weeds have become tasteless, and the "human-monkey war" is about to break out.

Therefore, even if they are robbed and beaten, tourists dare not fight back, after all, these monkeys are national second-class protected animals.

This is not the case with wild monkeys in Thailand.

I have tasted the deliciousness of human food, and I can rely on the identity of "protecting animals" to do "bad things" in the city unscrupulously, so I am more and more rampant and dare to ride on people's heads and be domineering.

But is it really human beings who protect animals excessively?

Thinking about it from another angle, if humans don't interfere with their environment, don't feed them at will, and don't market the "monkey city" for tourism, the monkeys should still live well in the mountains and old forests, and they won't appear in the city at all.

So the reason why these monkeys are so arrogant, in the final analysis, is also made by humans.
