The project builders focus on the goal of "green high-speed", combine technological innovation with standardized management, focus on quality, ensure safety, and solve problems, so as to continuously add new impetus to the construction plan of the second phase of the "green construction site" of the Ningbo section of the Hangzhou-Ningbo double line, and promote the construction of a century-old quality project of Ping An.

It is reported that the main working principle of the system is to separate the sand and grout, in which the accuracy of the cyclone separator can reach 75 microns (about the diameter of a hair), which can separate the slurry containing fine sand in the sump into fine sand and slurry. The separated sand and gravel can be reused, and the remaining slurry containing cement is injected into the slurry storage tank, which is equipped with a mixing device, PH and concentration automatic detection facilities, which can automatically adjust the slurry parameters, and the slurry that meets the requirements can be returned to the mixing plant for reuse in concrete production.

Reduce the land area by 50% and reduce carbon emissions by 16,000 tons

Land conservation and land resource protection are topics that cannot be avoided in green and low-carbon development. The second phase of the Ningbo section of the Hangzhou-Ningbo double line is laid with viaducts, which requires prefabricated 6499 T beams, and is faced with the dilemma of not being able to find a matching "huge" vacant land around the main line to build a prefabricated beam yard.

To this end, the project proposes a new construction technology of "mobile pedestal + steam health + spray health + secondary tensioning", with the intelligent mobile pedestal as the core, the steel bar binding, formwork opening and closing, concrete pouring, steam curing, tensioning and grouting and spray storage are organically connected in series to form a closed loop. "The prefabricated beams and slabs are like 'rotary sushi', and the mobile pedestal is like a conveyor belt, connecting all the production links in series. Zhou Jie, deputy manager of the second phase of the Ningbo section of the Hangzhou-Ningbo double line of Hangzhou Jiaogong Group, said.

Using the new technology, the construction efficiency of the beam yard is 3 times higher than that of the traditional beam yard. Thanks to the implementation of the concept of rotary pedestals, the pedestals that occupy the most land resources have been greatly released, the number has been reduced by 76%, and the land area of the entire beam yard has been reduced by 50%. Since the start of the project, it has carried out the creation of green and low-carbon beam farms in an all-round way, vigorously promoted smart systems and machine substitutions, introduced multiple sets of systems and equipment such as intelligent processing and smart water and electricity, and achieved 20% less people in the factory, 15% reduction in production electricity, and more than 90% recycling of production water, with a total of 16,000 tons of carbon emission reduction. According to the statistics of the National Forestry and Grassland Administration, 16,000 tons is equivalent to the "carbon absorption" of 654.3 acres of trees based on the annual absorption of about 24.455 tons of carbon dioxide by 1 mu of adult trees.
