Today, we are extremely excited and very happy to participate in the Lianyungang Nanyang Qushan Hall Teng surname Tongpu Lighting Receiving Ceremony Ceremony, on this occasion, please allow me to express warm congratulations on behalf of Shandong Teng Culture Research Association, Shandong Office of Tengguo Culture Research Association and all Shandong Teng clan relatives on the successful convening of the Yuanpu Conference!
The beautiful and rich Lianyungang City is a famous historical and cultural city, the eastern bridgehead of the New Eurasian Bridge, the eastern starting point of the New Silk Road, an excellent tourist city in China, and a romantic city of mountains and seas. Lianyungang City has jurisdiction over the East China Sea, and my hometown of Xiahe Village, Juyi, Shandong Province, where the ancestors of the Teng family moved out. According to the record of "Rebuilding Ju Zhi and Minshe Chronicles": "Teng's original hometown was Tengjia Village, Jiuli Mountain, Haidong, and moved to Ju in the Ming Dynasty (1368~1398) and lived in Xiahezhuang. The genealogy of the Xiahe Teng clan also mentions that "three brothers moved from the East China Sea during the Hongwu period of my ancestor", and it has been 656 years. With the historical evolution and the changes of the times, for hundreds of years, they have migrated from Xiahe Village to the counties, districts and districts of Linyi City, Shandong Province, Rizhao and other cities, the Northeast region and all parts of the country, and there are also clansmen who have moved back to Ganyu, Jiangsu.
Trees have roots and water sources, looking for roots and asking ancestors, inheriting history and culture is the fine tradition of the Chinese nation, a few years ago many of our relatives who moved out from here have come to Lianyungang many times to ask for roots, but can not find the historical village site, the historical village has already been built into a high-rise factory community, and can not search for genealogy, for this reason, the compilation of genealogy has become a top priority. First of all, I would like to thank Teng Shaocai and all the members of the editorial board for collecting information, conducting on-site investigations, working day and night, forgetting to sleep and eating, overcoming the impact of the three-year epidemic, and finally making the genealogy published and distributed, so that we can find our roots and ask our ancestors to study history and culture, and have a certain basis and information to follow, which is gratifying.
Today, we stand on the sacred land of Lianyungang East China Sea, our hearts are surging, our imagination is fluttering, and we are full of emotion, here is the root and soul of our hundreds of thousands of Teng clansmen, is nostalgia and power, is the hometown of Teng's descendants who are haunted by dreams, and are the hometown of longing for longing, which is our spiritual home and ideological sustenance, and it is also the historical witness of the traditional culture and farming culture of the mainland. Therefore, I would like to give special thanks to the Teng clan here for warmly receiving the Teng clan from all over the country, so that the Teng clan relatives from all over the country and even the world can come to find their roots, study and inherit the history and culture, walk on the way home, and find the feeling of going home. Do not forget the original intention, keep the mission in mind, jointly inherit the spirit of Shanteng and Shanteng culture, so that the red gene of Shanteng culture will bloom more brilliant flowers and bear more fruitful fruits.
