Nowadays, the "post-00" youth have become an important force in the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage. As a lover of Tibetan dance, Xiao Zhi wants to better inherit and develop traditional Tibetan dances such as the national intangible cultural heritage of his hometown such as "Dabu Ahui" and "Dinga Reba".

Although he is only 24 years old, there are already many students in Tibet and the mainland who love traditional Tibetan dance, and everyone affectionately calls him "Teacher Xiaozhi".

It's another year of spring flowers, we were invited to report on the "concentric circles" Tibetan dance promotion activities in Xi'an like last year, I was surprised when I got the list of promoters, Xiao Zhi actually came to the scene, because I also recently learned that Xiao Zhi is now a member of the special police detachment in Nagqu City, usually a lot of training, and the task is also heavy.

I sat on the side of the stage, waiting for them to rehearse, and heard a familiar voice calling me "sister", and when I turned around, it turned out to be Xiaozhi. "Why are you here? Is the team busy? He and I talked about his recent work and life, and after learning about his experience in promoting and inheriting traditional Tibetan dance, the unit also expressed its support for it, hoping that he could do his job well and spread the traditional culture of his hometown with the love in his heart.

We interviewed Xiao Zhi before the event, and he was a little nervous at first, but when he talked about his dancing experience as a child, he gradually relaxed.

Xiao Zhi was born in Nagquru County, Tibet. In Xiaozhi's memory, the family can sing and dance, after lunch my sister and father always have to dance on a pot village, and I will unconsciously join the singing and dancing of the big family, he has a talent for dancing in the fourth grade of primary school can already choreograph independently, and when he was in elementary school, he joined the school art troupe, when dance occupied most of his time.

"We Tibetans all say that we can 'talk and sing, and we can walk and dance'", Xiao Zhi said of his favorite dance, and his eyes always flashed with purity and love, but at that time Xiao Zhi only took dancing as his hobby.

"In 13 years, I entered the school art team in junior high school and became the captain, and I also met the most important teacher in my life - Mr. Ganan." I learned a lot of traditional Tibetan dances such as the famous traditional Tibetan dance types in the county, such as "Dabu Akai", "Dinga Reba" and "Hot as a Pot Village".

This is the first time that Xiao Zhi has systematically accepted the study of intangible cultural heritage dance in his hometown, and he has an in-depth understanding of the culture and history behind the dance in the process of learning Tibetan dance. This also made him have the idea of inheriting and carrying forward the intangible cultural heritage dance culture of his hometown for the first time. In 2016, Xiao Zhi applied to the school to create the Dabu Akai Guozhuang team, and participated in many performances with the cooperation of the students.

In August 2019, he got the admission letter of Shanghai Theater Academy through his own efforts, but due to his family's financial situation, he failed to do it in the end. In order to be able to get a good job, he went to a local vocational and technical school, which made him lose for a long time.

But his love for dance reinvigorated him, "As long as you have dreams and love in your heart, you can have your own stage wherever you go." "Even if you can't go to the university of your choice, you can't give up your love for dance.

After graduating from university, Xiao Zhi set up a semi-professional Guozhuang team, and the 20 members of the team are all "post-00s" who love dance. Teacher Ganan helped name the team: Subina Show Flower of Youth Team. "For example, it is the land of the daughter country, which belongs to the Subi tribe. The teacher hopes that our group of young people, such as the team, will always bloom on the road that we love and persist. Xiao Zhi recalled the days of struggle with the team members, and his face was full of joy and pride.

In 2023, in the Tibet Autonomous Region Fitness Guozhuang Dance Competition, the team performed the "Praise Dance of the Hometown of Cordyceps" choreographed by Xiao Zhi himself and won the third prize.

Gradually, Xiao Zhi has become famous in the Guozhuang dance circle, he has toured Lanzhou, Mianyang, Xi'an and other places to teach traditional Tibetan dance, "I have changed from a Tibetan dance lover to a Tibetan dance teacher, more of a sense of accomplishment and responsibility, can pass on what I have learned to others, and my heart is also very full and happy." "While promoting Tibetan dance, Xiao Zhi will also prepare exquisite Tibetan costumes for each promotion and performance, and he also wants to better promote the Tibetan costume culture in his hometown." I think traditional culture is not only a culture, but also an attitude. The nation is the world, and our excellent traditional culture needs to be passed on from generation to generation, and must not be lost in our generation. ”

After Xiao Zhi was interviewed, he immediately devoted himself to the performance activities, and after a few dances, because the Tibetan costume he was wearing was relatively thick, and the sweat had soaked his clothes, but he still maintained a confident look on his face, and he wanted to present the most perfect dance posture to the audience. The promotion and teaching activities again and again have made Xiaozhi more aware of his responsibilities and missions.

For the sake of this dedication and love in his heart, Xiaozhi will walk more solidly on the road of inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of the Tibetan people, and the excellent traditional Chinese culture will also be passed on from generation to generation in the hands of young people.
