Applicants are eligible for admission to the park
Children born between September 1, 2020 and August 31, 2021 who meet the requirements for admission to kindergartens in Hangzhou. These include:
1. Children with urban household registration.
2. Children who are not registered in Hangzhou and need to receive preschool education in urban areas in accordance with relevant national, provincial and municipal policies, including:
(1) Children of migrants who meet the conditions for admission to kindergartens in urban areas.
(2) Children whose parents work in mainland institutions abroad or who have been working abroad for a long time for official purposes, or both parents who work in the field geological survey department, and there is no one to take care of them in the place of household registration, and need to be taken care of by relatives in the urban area or fostered in the urban area.
(3) Children of servicemen on active duty in the urban area.

Parents of school-age children who meet the conditions for admission to kindergartens in Hangzhou city log in to the Zhejiang government service network (designated website: http://www.zjzwfw.gov.cn), register and log in with their real names, search for the keyword "kindergarten children entering the kindergarten", click on the "online handling" under the entry of "kindergarten children entering the kindergarten", locate the location to "Hangzhou City", and select the administrative area of the kindergarten in the service area to register the relevant information.
Parents can also download the "Zheliban" APP through their mobile phones, and register and log in with their real names to complete the information collection. The specific method is: after logging in to the individual user, search for the keyword "kindergarten children entering the kindergarten", click on the "online handling" under the entry of "kindergarten children entering the kindergarten", locate the location to "Hangzhou City", and select the administrative area to which the kindergarten belongs in the service area, and register the relevant information.
The order of information collection time is not used as the order of kindergarten admission, so parents do not have to focus on the first day to complete it, so as not to cause short-term network congestion.
On-site registration confirmation
Parents need to bring the original relevant documents to the kindergarten in the service area (if parents are not clear, please consult the district education bureau) for on-site confirmation.
When confirming on site, the requirements for parents to bring relevant documents are:
1. Children with urban household registration need to provide family household registration booklet. Children from urban collective households are required to provide proof of residence or lease agreement, and households are required to provide a demolition agreement and proof of actual residence or lease agreement.
2. Children who are not registered in Hangzhou and need to receive pre-school education in the urban area in accordance with the relevant national, provincial and municipal policies and regulations shall provide the following supporting materials:
(1) The children of the floating population who meet the conditions for admission to the park in the urban area shall provide the residence permit of the child himself. If you do not have a residence permit for the time being, but it is expected to be obtained before August 31, 2024, you should register separately at the registration site, and after obtaining the residence permit, you should submit relevant materials for verification before August 31, and the education bureau of your district will make overall arrangements for entering the kindergarten.
