Geely Xingrui/Xingyue L new model on the market, the price has dropped, the configuration has increased, is it sincere enough?

Although the development momentum of new energy vehicles is getting stronger and stronger, fuel vehicles are still the main market in the market, and high-quality models will still be focused on by consumers.

For example, Geely's Xingrui and Xingyue L have sold more than 960,000 units since their debut. In 2023, the cumulative annual sales of the Xingrui series will reach 126,277 units, and the Xingyue L series will reach 182,626 units, all of which are remarkable.

And on March 26th, Geely Xingrui and Xingyue L both ushered in a new version of the model on the market, so what are the highlights of each of them, let's find out.

Xingrui 2.0TD Qingyun Edition and Xiaohan Edition

First of all, Xingrui has added two new versions, namely 2.0TD Qingyun Edition and Xiaohan Edition, with guide prices of 129,700 and 138,700 respectively. In general, you can keep the following points in mind:

In terms of space, the two new versions remain unchanged, with a length, width and height of 4785/1869/1469mm and a wheelbase of 2800mm, which has obvious size advantages in the same class.

In terms of power, Geely Xingrui 2.0TD Qingyun Edition and Xiaohan Edition continue to be equipped with 2.0TD engine, matched with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox, with a maximum engine power of 140kW, a peak torque of 300N·m, a fuel consumption of 6.7L per 100 kilometers, and an acceleration of only 7.9S per 100 kilometers.

It is worth mentioning that in this press conference, Geely also passed the test of "Extreme Five Consecutive Collisions", focusing on the safety performance of Xingrui.

Specifically, a large truck weighing 8 tons of unmanned vehicles from a distance of 150 meters, accelerated and hit the five-car convoy, Xingrui, which was located in the middle of the convoy, in the case of multiple collisions between the front and rear vehicles, the A, B, and C pillars were not deformed.

Let's talk about Geely Xingyue L, this time there are also two new versions, namely the two-wheel drive Changfeng version and the Zhiqing 1.5T Nebula version, with official guide prices of 147,700 and 159,700 respectively. Again, let's look at the main points:

1. The appearance of the two models is consistent with the existing models, and the main new emerald green body option is added;

2. The Xingyue L Changfeng version (147,700) is basically the same as the premium type (155,200) on sale, including 540-degree panoramic image, front seat heating, main driver ventilation/memory, second-row backrest body adjustment, triple screen, 8155 chip, L2 level intelligent driving assistance, 72-color ambient lighting, etc.

The power has not changed, equipped with a 2.0TD four-cylinder engine with a maximum power of 160 kilowatts and a peak torque of 325 Nm, and the transmission system is matched with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch automatic transmission, with a comprehensive fuel consumption of 6.8L (NEDC) per 100 kilometers.

3. The Zhiqing 1.5T Nebula Edition, priced at 159,700 yuan, is a new entry-level model of the Xingyue L hybrid, which is 8000 yuan cheaper than the Galaxy version, but the configuration has also been reduced accordingly, mainly including suede roof, blind spot monitoring, door opening warning, lane change assistance, rear collision warning, automatic parking, etc.

In terms of power, the new car is still equipped with a 1.5T engine + motor + 3-speed DHT hybrid system, with a comprehensive fuel consumption of 4.3L (NEDC) per 100 kilometers and an acceleration of 7.9s from 000.
