During the inspection, the law enforcement officers carried out a full-coverage risk investigation of the salt sales units in the jurisdiction, focusing on whether the salt purchase channels are legal, whether the packaging labels meet the requirements, whether the purchase inspection system is strictly implemented, and whether the salt is stored and sold in bulk, without labels or the labels do not meet the requirements of regulations and food safety standards. At the same time, it plays the targeted role of "supervision and sampling" to carry out random inspections on the salt used by the nursery institutions and non-staple food business departments around the school. Up to now, a total of 4 batches of salt have been sampled.
