In strict accordance with the requirements of the spring training work of the Provincial Aviation Brigade Expressway Operation and Management Branch and the Lanzhou Expressway Department, the spring training mobilization meeting was held, the spring training leading group was established, the division of responsibilities was implemented, the spring training work plan was formulated, the training time, content, methods and requirements were clarified, and the detailed schedule and training course schedule were set up in combination with the actual situation, so as to effectively have rules to follow and targeted.
Pay attention to the combination of training and training, and the training content is rich and diverse
Organize all staff to carry out centralized training according to the plan, and assign special personnel from the organs to form a team of lecturers for training, and in view of the shortcomings and loopholes in the current stage of comprehensive business, civilized etiquette, work discipline, practical operation process, etc., the training method of "military training + business training + practical training + business examination" is adopted, and precise training and drip irrigation teaching are carried out through lecturer teaching, centralized military training, special training and other links, so as to promote employees to check and make up for weaknesses in the training process and continuously improve their comprehensive quality.
Adhere to strict and practical, strict and meticulous process supervision
Set up a training supervision group, classify and stage the training of each toll station and each department to supervise and inspect and promote the phased promotion, and formulate assessment methods, plan to use the form of listening to reports, assessment performances, business examinations and other forms after the spring training, on the internal affairs management, comprehensive business, special situation disposal, audit and verification exercises, civilized etiquette, safety and smooth work of the trainees to carry out assessment and acceptance, and effectively promote the transformation of learning results into work motivation, and provide a strong guarantee for the annual toll collection and management work.
