After the meeting, Liu Jianli, political commissar of the corps, held a discussion with all the cadres: The training of recruits is the source of generating the combat effectiveness of the troops, and all cadres and backbone cadres must clearly understand their heavy responsibilities, perform their duties and missions, and play a good role as role models; they must strengthen the education and guidance of their new comrades-in-arms, constantly lay a solid political background, and cultivate loyal character; they must persist in conducting training according to the program and according to the law, do not engage in local policies and regulations, lay a solid foundation, and gradually improve quality and efficiency; and strengthen organization and leadership, do a good job in providing service guarantees, and ensure the safety of the whole process.
