In order to deeply learn the lessons of recent fire accidents, solidly promote the centralized rectification action of fire safety, enhance the risk prevention ability and safety production management level of takeaway enterprises, strengthen safety awareness, and effectively prevent and curb the occurrence of electric bicycle fire accidents. On March 18, the Chengzhong District Safety Committee Office, together with the District Fire and Rescue Brigade and the District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, carried out fire safety and hidden danger investigation training activities for the "takeaway brother" in the district, with a total of more than 40 people participating in the training.
The first is to use "cases" to talk about "problems". At the training site, the District Fire and Rescue Brigade took the typical case of the accident as the starting point, and combined with the recent Nanjing electric bicycle fire accident to carry out the training, from the cause, process and tragic consequences of the accident, the harmfulness of illegal parking and illegal charging of electric bicycles in the room was explained in simple terms, and the importance of fire escape skills was explained on the spot.
The second is to use "accidents" to clarify "lessons". The training site focused on watching the "Electric Bicycle Fire Accident Warning Education Film", and the "takeaway brother" felt the huge impact of the accident caused by the illegal charging of electric vehicles at the scene, and the sound of explosions and fire smoke was shocking, which effectively sounded the alarm for the trainees. The staff reminded the takeaway brother to strengthen the daily maintenance of electric bicycles, regularly check the safety status of circuits and batteries, say "no" loudly to illegal modifications and potential safety hazards in production and living places, and do a good job in daily hidden danger investigation and rectification, and strictly prevent the occurrence of various accidents.
The third is to improve "ability" through "drills". Through the method of "explaining and operating", the on-site drill of the use of fire extinguishers and fire hydrants of "takeaway brother" allows the trainees to contact firefighting, experience firefighting, and learn firefighting at "zero distance", and effectively improve their ability to fight sporadic fires. At the same time, it interacted with the trainees, answered questions, and had a strong on-site learning atmosphere with obvious results.
This training made the "takeaway brother" more intuitively realize the extreme importance of fire safety of electric bicycles, master the operation methods of fire-fighting equipment, and strengthen the main responsibility of fire safety. In the next step, Chengzhong District will continue to carry out fire safety publicity and hidden danger investigation and rectification activities in an all-round and multi-angle manner, encourage "takeaway brothers" to become fire volunteers, timely detect and stop all kinds of violations of laws and regulations, and bring fire safety knowledge into thousands of households, so as to enhance the fire safety awareness and emergency self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities of residents in the district.
