The Lotus Service Apartment project is located on the southeast side of the No. 1 bridge on Zhaoshang North Road, Mocheng Street, covering a total area of 4,395 square meters and a total construction area of more than 13,000 square meters. The apartment building has 6 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. The first floor is used for commercial use, while the second to sixth floors are 93 apartments, with a gym and laundry room in the common areas. The project started on August 15, 2023, and after 7 months of intense construction, it has successively completed foundation pit enclosure, foundation and basement earthwork excavation, basement structure and waterproofing, basement earthwork backfill, and six-storey main structure construction above ground, which was completed 20 days ahead of the total schedule.
According to the construction arrangement, the civil installation is planned to be completed by mid-September. The interior renovation is scheduled to begin on August 1 and be completed in early November. The entire project is expected to be completed by the end of December this year.
