Former Jordanian officials bombarded Manin: Card Master+ was banned from taking care of Qatar

Another former Jordanian official considered Manin a "repeat offender" and listed his "black history."

First, Manin, a 44-year-old university professor and one of the most famous referees in football history, is known for showing yellow and red cards, issuing 1,121 yellow cards and 70 red cards in his career, an average of five cards per game.

Second, Ma Ning was banned for 4 months. In 2016, the Saudi Football Federation filed bribery charges against him, accusing him of taking bribes in a match in the AFC Champions League.

Third, Ma Ning served as the referee of Qatar vs Palestine in the round of 16 of the Asian Cup, and mistakenly awarded a penalty to Qatar, which led to Palestine's elimination.

Fourth, Manin, who was the referee of the 2019 Asian Cup Qatar vs Lebanon, mistakenly canceled a legal goal for Lebanon and awarded a wrong free kick, which Qatar scored and unjustifiably sent off a Lebanese player.

However, Manin's penalty was recognized by most of the media and fans, and was also affirmed by the AFC official, which cannot be erased by the Jordanian side.
