Since the operation of the project, the outbound water has reached a stable water quality of surface water above Class V, and a natural wetland system of microorganisms, aquatic animals, aquatic plants and fish has been built downstream after the confluence of the three rivers.

As another first-class tributary of the Fen River, the Wenyu River flows through Jiaocheng, Wenshui, Fenyang and Xiaoyi in our city, with dense population, many industrial enterprises, developed agriculture and animal husbandry in the basin, and the problem of water ecological environment was once very prominent. In Wenshui County, the livestock and poultry manure resource utilization project with a total investment of 420 million yuan will collect the manure and transport it to the disposal center for treatment, produce biomass organic fertilizer and biomass fuel, and realize green recycling.

Focusing on the heavily polluted tributaries of the Fen River such as the Wenyu River and the Ciyao River and the areas where the main stream of the Fen River is still heavily polluted, the city will implement 36 total projects of "a flood of clear water into the Yellow River" in 2023, 30 tasks will be started and 12 tasks will be completed in 2023, 12 will be completed and 18 are under construction, with a start-up rate of 100% and a completion rate of 100%.
