On the occasion of the Spring Festival of the Year of the Dragon, Tianjin Binhai New Area Youth Dreamer Volunteer Service Center, General Semiconductor, Foxconn (Tianjin) Science and Technology Park and TEDA Middle School jointly held a "Welcome the New Year and Warm Sunset" condolence activity at TEDA International Nursing Home on the morning of January 28, 2024.
The event invited Xu Yanwei, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee and Minister of Propaganda and Education of the Economic Development Zone, Han Lu, chairman of the Young Dreamer and secretary of the Youth League Committee of General Semiconductor, Tang Qiuhua, manager of the LVI business department of Foxconn (Tianjin) Science and Technology Park, Wang Dongxue, secretary of the Youth League Committee, Feng Hui, director of the Party Construction Office of TEDA Middle School, Li Chenchen, secretary of the Youth League Committee, and Yang Li, the leader of the ninth grade, participated in the event, they not only brought various programs, but also donated 30 sets of Spring Festival gift bags, 5 electronic blood pressure monitors, and two vegetation sunflower plants for the elderly. The event kicked off with the "Wanjiang" of the Foxconn Smurfs Dance Club, and the Foxconn volunteer staff and their children, as well as the students of TEDA Middle School, presented a variety of programs for the grandparents, winning bursts of applause and laughter from the elderly. Each volunteer gave the old people a sincere smile and wishes in advance, hoping that the "old babies" of TEDA International Nursing Home would be healthy and smiling. After the art show, the volunteers also pasted blessing characters and window flowers for the old people's home, adding a full New Year atmosphere.
