The 10 simple townhouse "jump" buildings in Xiying Village, Xiangshan Street, Haidian District, turned out to be illegally constructed and were built on the site of a geological disaster. At present, the illegal construction with a total area of 1,969 square meters has been demolished to eliminate potential safety hazards.
Illegal construction is built on the geological disaster site, which not only has the hidden danger of natural disasters, but also has serious fire safety hazards in the pure wooden frame structure inside the house. On May 10, Xiangshan Street officially started the demolition of this illegal construction located in Xiying Village, Xiangshan Street, completely eliminating the potential safety hazards of the illegal construction site.
This illegal construction group is located in Xiangshan Xiying Village, located on the slope of a mountain, and the façade of the houses is a brick and concrete structure, a total of 10 buildings, with a total area of 1,969 square meters, which were gradually covered from 2000 to 2018 to form today's scale. The illegally built houses were divided into separate three-storey simple duplex rooms for public rent, and 123 people were rented.
"The interior of each house is made entirely of simple wooden planks, and the second and third floors are led by a staircase made of simple planks less than a meter wide, with no handrails on either side. There are also problems such as private connection of wires and non-standard use of gas in the illegal group. According to the relevant person in charge of Xiangshan Street, the house is not only structurally unstable, but also has serious fire safety hazards, and the entire three-story structure of the house has only one meter wide door that can lead to the outside, and it is very difficult to escape in the event of a fire. In addition, because the illegal construction is located on the slope of the mountain, there is a risk of natural disasters such as landslides during the flood season every year.
This year, law enforcement officers combined satellite image comparison and communication with the homeowner and surrounding residents, and found that the house was suspected of illegal construction, and went to the planning department for verification many times. After investigation, the building did not obtain a construction project planning permit in accordance with the law, which violated the "Beijing Municipal Urban and Rural Planning Regulations" and was an illegal construction.
After clarifying the nature of the house, the law enforcement officers interviewed the house builder several times and went door-to-door to do the tenant's work. In the end, the tenant said that he would vacate the items in the room within the specified time, and the illegal party also expressed his active cooperation with the tenant to terminate the housing lease contract.
On May 10, the demolition of the illegal construction was officially started. It is understood that this batch of illegal construction is expected to be demolished within a week, and after the demolition of the illegal construction, public opinion will be widely solicited, and the follow-up use will be carried out in combination with the nature of the land to provide convenience for the lives of surrounding residents.

Residents privately enclose land to build illegal construction, not only obstruct the surrounding road traffic, but also have great potential safety hazards, once a fire occurs, fire vehicles are very difficult to enter and exit! Recently, the Xiangshan Street Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team started the demolition of this illegal construction located at No. 5-1 Zhenghuangqi.
It is understood that the total area of illegal construction is more than 200 square meters, with a total of 12 houses, and all the illegally built houses are built into small rooms for rent, with a total of about 30 tenants. The layout of housing construction is chaotic and encroaches on public space. Most of the tenants use gas canisters to cook in the room, pile up flammable materials, have serious safety hazards, and the sanitary conditions around the illegal houses are dirty and poor, which seriously affects the living environment of the surrounding residents.
"The room we are in now is a representative room of this illegal building, it is a studio, with an area of about ten square meters, the room on the left is the bathroom, and the right side is a very narrow kitchen. Usually tenants use gas canisters to light a fire to cook here, and the space is very small. On the east side of the illegal construction here is Xiangshan Primary School and residential buildings, and if a fire breaks out, it will also cause great safety hazards to the school and residential areas. ”
The illegal construction has also seriously encroached on public space, making the road that was originally five meters wide now less than two meters wide, making it difficult for rescue vehicles to enter in case of danger. The south side of the illegal building is the gas meter room in the area, which is less than five meters away from the illegal building, and there is a great threat to the gas meter room if a fire occurs.
After learning about the clues that the house was suspected of illegal construction, the Xiangshan Street Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team immediately contacted the planning department for verification. After investigation, the building did not obtain a construction project planning permit in accordance with the law, which violated the provisions of Article 29, Paragraph 1 of the "Beijing Municipal Urban and Rural Planning Regulations", and was an illegal construction. After clarifying the nature of the house, the law enforcement team members interviewed the house builders many times, and went door-to-door to do the tenant's work, explaining the hazards of illegal construction and informing relevant laws and regulations. In the end, both the illegal parties and the tenants stated that they would complete the evacuation of the items in the room within the specified time.
On the morning of April 30, the demolition of the illegal construction was officially launched. Due to the location of the illegal construction is particularly close to the residential buildings, at the demolition site, the law enforcement team members will command the whole process, spray in time, prevent dust from being generated during the demolition process, and at the same time do a good job in the guidance of surrounding personnel.
It is understood that the demolition work will be completed within 3 days. After the demolition of the illegal building, public opinion will be widely solicited, and parking spaces and electric vehicle charging piles will be built according to the wishes of residents to provide convenience for the lives of surrounding residents.

Huaqing Jiayuan
The property of Huaqing Jiayuan Community recently received a report from the owner that his house is a duplex located on the top floor, and the roof terrace will leak to his downstairs when it rains. When the staff of the property management company came to check the cause of the water leakage, they found that the owner's family had built a sun room of more than 20 square meters on the terrace. The sun house did not obtain the construction project planning permit, which is an illegal construction, and the property company informed the owner of the truth as soon as possible according to the requirements of the Zhongguancun Street Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team, and it was necessary to demolish it in accordance with the law.
Since the sunroom is located on the roof of a 20-storey residential building, it was difficult to remove. After listening to the owner's appeal, assisting the owner to complete the application procedures for demolition assistance, and conducting a detailed investigation of the site with the property and the demolition construction party, the law enforcement team members formulated a stable demolition plan. After the illegal demolition of the building, the property management company will also do a good job of waterproofing the roof for the owner in a timely manner.
