Corn oil 40 g; low gluten flour 65 g; matcha powder 5 g
4 drops of lemon juice; egg whites 120 g
Light cream 600 g; xylitol (cream) 60 g

Tips:
It should be noted that the humidity of xylitol is greater than that of fine sugar, so the baking time needs to be about 5 minutes longer than that of ordinary chiffon cake. The baked chiffon tissue can be very obviously more delicate, and the sweetness will be slightly more sweet, and it is not recommended to reduce the amount of sugar.
