Zhang Qingjin said that the advantages of electrification upgrading are many, first of all, the start-up and shutdown time is short, and the production and operation efficiency is high; secondly, enterprises can save the investment in boilers and desalinated water fixed resources (about 10%-15% of the total investment of the project); thirdly, electricity replaces steam, and power plants are centralized, which is conducive to reducing pollutant emissions and reducing the pressure on social supervision services.
