All provincial-level administrative departments for education shall, in conjunction with the establishment departments, arrange in advance and accurately verify the establishment plan for the acceptance of publicly-funded normal students within the approved total number of primary and secondary school teachers, coordinate the demand for primary and secondary school teachers in their respective regions, and notify the information on the employment needs of local publicly-funded normal students to the subordinate normal universities before January 20, 2024, and at the same time publicly release it on relevant websites or platforms. All localities and schools should make full use of information technology means, through mobile phone information, APP and other effective channels, to promptly publish and targeted push employment information and personnel recruitment policies, and do a good job of effectively connecting the selection of employment positions for publicly-funded normal students with the needs of primary and secondary school teachers. 4. Fill in the data in a timely manner

The normal student management information system has achieved data docking with the national college graduate employment management system, and all subordinate normal universities are requested to check the information of publicly-funded normal students who will graduate in 2024 in the normal student management information system before January 20, 2024, to ensure that it is accurate, and update the graduate employment information in the national college graduate employment management system in a timely manner in accordance with the relevant work requirements of graduate employment. 5. Standardize cross-provincial teaching

6. Strict performance management
