From now on, the application for surrender of public housing under the direct management of bungalows in the area within the scope of the project will be carried out, and the relevant arrangements are as follows:

1. The scope of this project is east to Qiujia Street, south to Luomashi Street, west to Tiemen Hutong, and north to Planning Liangjiayuan Hutong (see the working group arrangement for specific house numbers).

2. This application-type lease surrender follows the principle of "residents' voluntariness, equal consultation, and implementation of the whole hospital", and carries out the application-type lease surrender work with the whole hospital as a unit (see the "Detailed Rules for the Operation of the Whole Hospital's Application-based Rent Surrender Compensation" for details of the whole hospital's recognition conditions), so as to meet the needs of the whole hospital for repair and protection, and provide opportunities for residents' housing improvement. There are two types of compensation for quitting rent, "monetary compensation" and "house purchase subsidy + targeted resettlement housing", and the applicant can choose one of them at will.

3. Policy promotion and application period for lease surrender (August 7-16, 2024):

The staff carried out household surveys and publicized the application-based rent surrender compensation policy and information collection of the whole hospital. Applicants who meet the lease withdrawal policy can submit an application for rent withdrawal with the application materials.

4. Centralized signing period (August 17-September 15, 2024):

After all the applications for surrender of the applicant's courtyard are submitted, the courtyard shall be subject to household assessment, housing survey and identification of the whole courtyard. The application materials include: "Beijing Public Residential Lease Contract" (private real estate ownership certificate), "Agreement on the purchase of public residential bungalows (simple buildings, tube buildings)", ID cards of the applicant and his or her spouse, household registration booklet of the applicant and members of the address, marriage certificate of the applicant, identity certificate of the family members of the minor applicant under the age of 18 and proof of relationship with parents, etc., the above application materials must provide the original (the staff will review the original and keep the copy and return it on the spot).

For courtyards that meet the requirements for the identification of the whole hospital, the implementing entity is to organize and implement the work of surrendering the lease in an orderly manner. All the tenant surrender agreements have been signed in the courtyard where the applicant is located, which shall be handled in the following manner:

(1) If the monetary compensation method is chosen, the relocation and vacating the house and the receipt of compensation shall be completed in accordance with the agreement.

(2) Families who choose the method of "housing purchase subsidy + targeted resettlement housing" and have the qualifications to purchase can apply for the purchase of the targeted resettlement housing provided by this project. At present, the district government has allocated the "Housing General · Xingkang Home" directional resettlement housing in Daxing District for this project. In an open, fair and just manner, the implementing entity shall organize the buyers to select houses in the order of the notarization lottery, until the selection is completed.

The application for improvement of housing conditions for private houses in the cotton plot area of the directly managed public housing that does not include complete sets of buildings, simple buildings, religious properties and cultural relics that have been vacated by the protection of the rented houses this time shall be determined by the implementing entity according to the situation and implemented with reference.
