On the afternoon of January 24th, the 15th anniversary symposium of the literary magazine "Cotton Land" in Xiajin County and the award ceremony of the second "developed cup" were held in the conference room on the third floor of the developed flour group. More than 40 members of the Xiajin Literary and Art Federation Writers Committee, all members of the Xiajin Creation Base of the Shandong Prose Literature Association and some award-winning writers participated in the event. The symposium was presided over by Song Yunliang, director of the Xia Jin Creation Base of the Provincial Prose Literature Association.
First of all, the award ceremony of the second "Developed Cup" was held. A total of 5 first prizes, 10 second prizes, 20 third prizes, and 6 excellence awards were selected in this essay competition. All award-winning authors will receive a lot of bonuses and exquisite honorary certificates, of which the first prize is 5,000 yuan. Song Yunliang, director of Xiajin Creation Base, pointed out that the successful holding of the second "Developed Cup" literary works essay collection fully reflects the strong support of the developed flour group for the literary cause of Xiajin, and is also the concentrated embodiment of the great love spirit of the developed flour group of "helping the world".
Yu Dianjun, director of the Writers Committee of the Xiajin County Federation of Literary and Art Circles and editor-in-chief of "Cotton Land", introduced the inaugural issue of the literary magazine "Cotton Land". In 2008, the Xiajin County Federation of Literary and Art Circles founded the "Cotton Land" magazine, over the past 15 years, Xiajin County writers and literature lovers have relied on the publication as the position, with the goal of prospering Xiajin literary creation, and strive to create a regional characteristic literary business card, with a total of 55 issues of publications, and launched a large number of local original creators and masterpieces, many excellent works have been reprinted and published by well-known publications, which has greatly spread the Xiajin culture and called the Xiajin literary brand.
"Cotton Land" magazine is one of the few county-level pure literary publications in Dezhou City that has won provincial honors, and it is also one of the county-level literary journals with the longest continuous establishment in the city. Song Yunliang, Liu Guangxin, Chi Lei, and Gao Lixian read out congratulatory letters from provincial and municipal writers' groups such as the Provincial Prose Literature Association, the Provincial Internet Writers Association, the Municipal Writers Association, and the City Toutiao and Jinan Toutiao.
At the forum, Song Hongfan, Li Fanyang, Wang Changling, Sun Zhongxian, Zhang Qinglin, Shang Renmin, and other predecessors of the magazine, spoke respectively, telling the course and achievements of the magazine in the past 15 years since its inception from different aspects and angles, and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on how to run the magazine well. The participants also said that the next step is to focus on the overall situation of the county's work, inherit the thick cultural roots of Xiajin, launch more and better products, and contribute to the prosperity of the cultural cause of their hometown.
