On January 15, 2024, China Unicom Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Unicom Digital") successfully won the bid for Shenyang's "2024 Municipal Government Affairs Informatization Centralized Operation and Maintenance Integration Project". Relying on the self-developed intelligent operation platform of China Unicom Digital, the project will help the Shenyang Municipal People's Government build the first ultra-large-scale intensive operation center in a provincial capital city in China.
