The project is located in the Kengwei area of Baolong Street, Longgang District, and the current plot is a number of low-rise residential buildings, which is committed to building a high-end intelligent manufacturing upstream and downstream industrial park in eastern Shenzhen, which has become an important engine for the development of the new energy vehicle industry.

Actively respond to the country's macro strategy of cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries, grasp the development opportunity of Shenzhen's "dual-zone drive", follow the layout strategy of Longgang's "11+2" industrial cluster, and actively connect with the huge demand of the mainland and Shenzhen for the innovation and development of the semiconductor and integrated circuit industry, and build the project into a platform and demonstration base for the characteristic industry of semiconductor and integrated circuits in Longgang, Shenzhen, providing strong support for the construction of "one core, two cores and multiple fulcrums" in Longgang.

Design Concept
To the north of the project is a green park, to meet the current demand for production space, to create a corridor combined with the environment to form a communion, to create an open and shared public space in the production area, the design can be suitable for a variety of small and medium-sized enterprises, large enterprises of the office research and development space, to meet the long-term dimension of different space needs.

The overall layout is based on the enclosed layout, with the form of corridors, which is linked with the urban park on the north side to improve the accessibility of the park, and at the same time introduces urban landscape resources into the site, adjusts the form of corridors, and forms a reasonable, efficient and iconic corridor space, which has become one of the important image points of the park in the future.
In addition, the industrial park also takes into account the courtyard-style office space and high-standard production space, and has done an in-depth study on the convenience of transmission and transportation in the industrial park, through the design of the first-floor arcade space and the wind and rain corridor to facilitate the parking of unloading trucks and expand more gray space area.

The traditional freight mode relies on the vertical transportation of goods by freight elevators, which is inefficient and costly, and the freight system is relatively independent. Through the innovative vertical freight model, the traditional freight mode is combined with the elevated freight mode.
The first floor retains the traditional freight mode to ensure the unloading efficiency of the first floor, allows the container to be transported vertically, improves the efficiency of vertical freight, and the corridor design width is 3.5m to ensure that all forklifts (intelligent robots) can pass with confidence.
