As an important part of the overall education development of Guangdong Province, the Affairs Center of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Affairs Center") focuses on the three major areas of education services: "education digitalization, education government affairs, and education assistance". To create achievements, we must solve the problems of who to create achievements, what kind of achievements to create, and how to create achievements, that is, to solve the problem of the concept of political achievements. "In the new era and new journey, the affairs center must improve its political position, strengthen its ideals and beliefs, keep in mind its original mission, continuously enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", and achieve the "two maintenances", establish and practice the correct view of political performance, implement the party's major principles and policies in the whole process and all links of the service work of education digitalization, education government affairs and education assistance in the new era, and plan specific work in specific fields in the overall work situation.

Be clear about who you want to create performance for

"For whom to create performance", that is, for whom to govern, for whom to use power, for whom to seek benefits. What kind of outlook on political performance there is, what kind of outlook on development there will be. General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized: "Only by having a strong party spirit and abandoning selfish distractions can we ensure that there is no deviation in the view of political performance." "In the service work of education digitalization, education government affairs and education assistance in the new era, we must unremittingly cast our souls with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, adhere to the principle of "educating people for the party and the country", firmly establish the sense of purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, firmly establish the idea of serving the overall situation of education in the province, and go all out to achieve practical results in various tasks to help the high-quality development of education in Guangdong.

Define what kind of performance you will create

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we should establish a correct view of political performance, respect objective reality and the needs of the masses, strengthen systematic thinking and scientific planning, and do more practical and good things for the benefit of the people. This provides us with a clear understanding of "what kind of performance to create". The shortcomings of the high-quality development of basic education in Guangdong Province are in the eastern, western and northern Guangdong regions, and the weaknesses are in the construction of teachers and the supply of public degrees, focusing on schools in townships and below. Taking the integration and innovative application of digital teaching as an example, the Application and Promotion Department of the Affairs Center has made bold innovations under the leadership of the Provincial Department of Education and the Center, and has achieved certain results.

The first is to give full play to the leading role of the "Guangdong Provincial Education 'Double Inclusion and Innovation' Teachers' Digital Literacy Improvement Practice Activity" in the implementation of the new curriculum standards for basic education and the transformation of digital teaching in the province. Specifically, it includes: strengthening the ideological and political orientation of the curriculum of teachers' activity works, pointing to the construction of an educational power, improving the evaluation indicators of various activities and projects, and highlighting the concept of digital and intelligent education, promoting the application of digital technology in teaching reform, and creating excellent demonstration cases of innovative practices such as "large unit", "project-based", "interdisdisciplinary", "mixed" and "multi-teacher collaboration"; Weak schools in northern Guangdong have carried out collaborative innovation in digital teaching, enhanced the closed-loop generative design of the whole process of activities, highlighted the significance and value of communication, display, radiation and promotion, and promoted the refinement and reengineering of activity results.

Second, in order to serve the sustainable development of the application of informatization teaching in township schools, the community of practice project of educational digital teaching application is set up, which is led by excellent units and schools in informatization teaching application, and its members cover township schools in eastern Guangdong, western Guangdong, and northern Guangdong.

In addition, the Application and Promotion Department of the Affairs Center also leads schools to carry out interdisciplinary project-based learning based on the Guangdong Student Science and Technology Innovation Competition, encourages students to create physical works with the help of open source software and hardware and artificial intelligence technology, strengthens students' "learning by doing, learning by use, and learning by creation", and cultivates students' ability to think creatively and solve practical problems.

The above "two activities, one project and one platform" service work is only a small part of the province's education work. But every seemingly small task is an important part of driving education forward, and it requires meticulous care. In order to ensure that remarkable results have been achieved in promoting the high-quality development of education in the province in the service of "education digitalization, education government affairs, and education assistance", all party members and cadres of the affairs center must closely focus on the core work of the party, improve their political position, maintain loyalty to the party at all times, and run the party's guiding ideology throughout the work.

Define how to create results

"How to create performance", that is, the way to achieve performance. First, keep in mind loyalty to the party. All Party members should ensure absolute loyalty to the Party, take the decisions of the Party Central Committee as a guide, and resolutely support and implement the direction and intensity of work that are highly consistent with the Party organization. Second, rely on being good at integrating work into the overall situation. All work must be based on the premise of implementing the decisions of the CPC Central Committee, and be good at integrating the work of the department into the overall development of education in Guangdong Province. Through unity and cooperation, we ensure that the work results of the unit truly serve the overall work. Third, rely on the mass line. Establish the mass viewpoint, implement the mass line, and maintain close ties with the masses. In our work, we should pay attention to extensively uniting the backbone forces of all localities and schools, give play to their exemplary and leading role in the cause of education, and promote the work to better meet the needs of educational development. Fourth, rely on strengthening precise thinking. Adhere to the principle of "reaching the vast and subtle", take the overall situation into account when planning, and be meticulous and precise in operation to ensure that various policies and measures are effectively implemented. Fifth, rely on honesty and self-discipline. When facing problems, making decisions, and handling daily work, we must not only abide by the relevant laws in force, but also always think politically, abide by the "Constitution of the Communist Party of China" and "Several Guidelines for Political Life within the Party in the New Situation", and always be vigilant with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China", keep a clear political mind, and always be a politically clear person.
