【Ingredients】 60 grams of southern almonds, 350 grams of water, two boxes of milk, 4 grams of agar, 40 grams of rock sugar, 10 grams of sugar osmanthus flowers
【Directions】
【Step 1】Soak the southern almonds for four hours in advance until the almonds are larger than the dried almonds; soak the agar in water for four hours in advance.
