What is Hair Dish?
Hair vegetables, scientific name Candida hair, is a terrestrial cyanobacteria that grows in desert areas of arid and semi-arid regions. According to the classification system of the ninth edition of the Berger Bacteriological Identification Manual, Candida hair belongs to the genus of parenchymal bacteria, oxyophopolytic bacteria, candidae bacteria, candidae bacteria family, and candidae. The naturally grown "hair vegetables" are close to the desert, entangled into clumps, attached to the surface, and the algae are filamentous, and when dried, they are shaped like brown-black messy hair. "Hair vegetables" contain 18 kinds of amino acids and a variety of mineral elements, which has high edible value.
