The journey to Namibia as a family gave me a different sense of exoticism and a deeper understanding of this mysterious country.
In the beginning, we chose the capital city of Windhoek, which is both ancient and modern, and the streets and alleys are full of strong African culture. Walking through the heart of the city, I felt like I had traveled through a time tunnel and felt the vicissitudes of the history of this land. Friendly conversations with the local residents, who were hospitable and told us about their lives.
Next, we embarked on a desert journey. Namibia's Namib Desert is one of the oldest and driest deserts in the world, and facing the endless sea of sand, I can't help but marvel at the wonder of nature. In the process of traveling through the desert, it is as if you have become a speck of dust and are swallowed up by the vastness of nature. At dusk, the desert reflected by the setting sun is like a magnificent oil painting, which makes people intoxicated.
We also delved into Etosha National Park, which is home to an abundance of wildlife. During the ride, we met herds of antelopes, elephants, giraffes and other rare animals that live leisurely in this vast land.
