In order to improve students' enthusiasm for learning Xi English, exercise their oral English expression skills, create a good atmosphere for learning English Xi, and show the diverse demeanor of real school students, on December 22, Dongzhi County Experimental Primary School held an English singing competition. A total of 25 classes from grades 4 to 6 participated in the competition.
The programs of each class are wonderful, including chorus, solo, performance singing and other forms. Among the 52 songs, some are full of innocence and childlike fun, some are full of rhyme, some are enthusiastic and unrestrained, and some are subtle and beautiful. Songs such as "Dream it possible", "You are my sunshine", "God is a girl", "Big big world", "A little love", "Good time", "Unstoppable" and "Far away from home" presented a wonderful audio-visual feast for the audience and judges. With his most innocent and immature singing voice, he sang cheerful and interesting English songs, interpreted a rich song situation with simple and lively movements, and conveyed confidence and happiness with cute smiling faces.
The aftermath was lingering, endless, and the game came to an end in everyone's reluctance. Behind each song is the students' love and hard work for English learning Xi, and it is inseparable from the careful guidance of the teachers of the English group.
This competition realized the diversified combination of English songs and English learning Xi, and the students not only improved their English ability, exercised their stage performance, self-confidence and other non-verbal abilities, but also enhanced their interest and enthusiasm for English learning Xi, and laid the foundation for future English learning Xi.
