Promoting the improvement of the management and control of rural housing style is an important part of the implementation of the work of improving the urban and rural style in Nanhai District. The Urban Construction Special Office of the "Millions and Thousands of Projects" Headquarters of Nanhai District is set up in the District Housing and Urban-Rural Construction and Water Conservancy Bureau to coordinate and promote relevant work. According to the deployment, Nanhai District will build or renovate no less than 1,500 green farmhouses or prefabricated farmhouses with good demonstration effects in 2025.

Huang Jianpeng: In order to implement the work deployment, the headquarters of the "Millions and Thousands of Projects" in Nanhai District has set up several special classes for urban construction, rural revitalization, and factor guarantee, among which the office of the special class for urban construction is set up in the District Housing, Construction and Water Conservancy Bureau, which is responsible for coordinating and promoting various urban construction work.
In the past six months, the research team of the urban construction team of the "Millions and Thousands of Projects" Headquarters in Nanhai District has visited and investigated 7 towns and streets, selected demonstration towns and villages for improving the quality of farmhouse style, and guided construction enterprises to participate in helping to form a "Xiangang model" that can be replicated and promoted, with the main results in four aspects.

After investigation, Nanhai District selected Xiqiao and Danzao, which have many problems with farmhouse style and high enthusiasm for villagers' participation, as pilot towns to activate the villagers' aesthetic pursuit of farmhouse style and gradually create a more coordinated farmhouse characteristic style.
Second, it has benefited more than 500 families. By the end of November, 202 households had been completed in Xiqiao Town, and 318 households had been upgraded in Danzao Township, benefiting more than 500 rural families and putting on new clothes for their farmhouses.
The third is to advocate and guide enterprises to participate in assistance in multiple ways. Enterprises are an important help to promote the urban construction of the "Millions of Projects", we give full play to the advantages of industry management, and issue a proposal to the society through the Construction Industry Association, which effectively drives the construction enterprises to participate in the work in a variety of ways.
The fourth is to form a Xiangang exploration of "small cost to leverage big changes". Xiangang Community, Danzao Town, adopts the method of "one village, one design", "one household, one policy", and local micro-transformation, mainly working the "three lines" of eaves, waist line and foot line, and reduces the burden of villagers while improving the style of farmhouses, forming a "Xiangang Exploration" of "the government makes up a little, the enterprise donates a little, and the individual gives a little", which provides a low-cost, replicable and promotable valuable experience for the improvement of the quality of the farmhouse.

This is generally summarized as "helping, sparse, and blocking". The stock reduction focuses on "helping", that is, attracting enterprises to participate and jointly build and share, including project assistance, talent assistance, and capital assistance. Project assistance is to help enterprises in the design and supervision of projects, including full assistance and low-profit assistance. Talent assistance is to encourage enterprises with talent advantages to provide professional consulting services by sending professionals to the special office for urban construction. In terms of financial assistance, the charity account of the Nanhai District Construction Industry Association raised 1.86 million yuan of special assistance funds for the "Millions of Projects", and the District Housing and Construction and Water Conservancy Bureau negotiated with the association to formulate the management and use rules of the assistance funds, and the follow-up assistance funds will be used to support various urban construction work such as the improvement of the quality of rural housing. At present, the three kinds of assistance have involved more than 3 million yuan.
The control increment focuses on "sparse" and "blocked". "Shu" is to guide the villagers to actively refer to the plan or atlas to design and renovate the farmhouse. The first is to tell a story with wall paintings. For example, Ruxi Village, Xiqiao Town, focusing on the local sports strong village and the village with many champions, painted the three major Ruxi brand activity scenes of Ruxi Quyi, Ruxi Basketball and Ruxi Chess on the exterior wall of the farmhouse, which not only beautifies and improves the appearance of the farmhouse, but also shows the rural atmosphere of Ruxi Village advocating sports.
Features can also be incorporated into the design scheme.
