The Dream of Red Mansions Cultural Week will be held from December 22nd to December 29th for eight days. During the event, there are not only 87 versions of "Dream of Red Mansions" actors leading visitors to immerse themselves in the garden and talk about the past of Rongguo Mansion, but also the elegant collection of tea culture, poetry culture and traditional clothing culture derived from the "Dream of Red Mansions" culture, including lectures on red culture by top scholars of the Chinese Red Society, as well as the classic 87 version of "Dream of Red Mansions" symphony concert, Kunqu opera "Dream of Red Mansions" full performance, "Dream of Red Mansions" guqin concert and other literary and artistic activities, and at the same time set up a cultural and creative exhibition of "Dream of Red Mansions", so that tourists and audiences can bring home the culture of Red Mansions. The whole cultural week has both an academic atmosphere and a sense of life, which is a close integration between the public and Rongguofu and "Dream of Red Mansions".
The ancient city is located in the north of Shijiazhuang City 15 kilometers, the ancient name is Changshan, Zhending, in history and Beijing, Baoding and called "the north of the three male towns", so far the south gate of Zhengding is still embedded with the stone of "three guanxiong towns". At the same time, Zhengding is also the hometown of Zhao Zilong, a famous general of the Three Kingdoms. Zhengding has a long history, brilliant culture, many places of interest and historic sites, and enjoys the reputation of "treasure house of ancient architecture".
Since the beginning of this year, Zhengding County has installed 18 direct drinking water landscape pavilions around the South City Gate, Yanghe Building, Guanghui Temple, Rongguo Mansion and other scenic spots, not only pure water, warm boiled water, hot water, but also leisure seats, 220V charging power supply and USB charging interface and other services, providing convenience for tourists at the same time, it has also become a beautiful new landscape. On the occasion of the cold winter, Zhengding County has installed more than 300 warm cushions for the leisure benches around the scenic spots, park squares and main roads in batches and regions, so as to facilitate citizens and tourists to take a break in winter and "sit" to enjoy the warmth of the ancient city.
